The project has, and is, taking Bakkes Images to unexplored and exiting, not to mention exotic, places. Chocolate producers and artisans, professional and famous chefs creating masterpieces of chocolate infused dishes. For the Bakkes Images studio it is a fresh shift of attention from wine to food photography. Although our famous Wine & Winelands Photography includes food photography where wine estates and restaurants demand, chocolates offered its unique challenges and expertise. With a lot of research and technique development we are very pleased with the results. But logically, we will not share any of the images until the book is launched.
The bottom line is that the next book collaboration between Stacked Publications and Bakkes Images is due soonest and all lovers of chocolates, food, photography and South Africa are sure to be astounded.
